This story continues to follow the life of a group of nurses as they take on their challenging routines with professionalism and pride. Wang Ruo Jun (Zoe Tay) found out about her stage 2 breast cancer. Her battle with cancer was not easy and her husband Huang Yi Qiang (Zheng Ge Ping) eventually gave up and left her. Fortunately for her, Ah Mu (Thomas Ong) enters her life with the care and concern she needed. Xie Yao Zong (Bryan Wong) and Guan Xin Ni (Rebecca Lim) are married and have a son. Their young son dies of an accident, leaving the couple devastated. Xuan Ni blames Yao Zhong for negligence and wants a divorce. New Lawyer Jin Siyan (Carrie Wong) is wounded by a mad man and nearly lost her life. After she is being discharged from the hospital, she decides to change her career path to be a nurse. She then gets into a complicated love triangle with fellow nurses Li Long Hua (Aloysius Pang) and Fu Jia Ren (Xu Bin).

Peace & Prosperity 富贵平安
“Prosperity Hall” is a Chinese medical hall located at a corner of a HDB flat serving residents of different backgrounds and ethnic groups in the neighbourhood. “Prosperity Hall” was first founded by Huang Da Tong’s (Zhang Wei) father. Da Tong is semi-retired and his daughter-in-law Shen Ping An (Xiang Yun) takes care of the everyday operations of “Prosperity Hall”. Ping An’s husband passed away at a very young age and she has to shoulder both the medical hall and bringing up her six children. Her vast knowledge in Chinese medical is well-known in the neighbourhood and many people show up at the hall for her medical consultation. Da Tong’s elder son, Huang Yuan Hao (Marcus Chin) and his wife Lin Shu Zhi ( Lin Mei Jiao) open a fruit stall near “Prosperity Hall”, idling their days away. The only thing that motivates them is plotting Ping An’s downfall so that they can get a share of ‘Prosperity Hall” for themselves. They are constantly creating trouble and distrust within the family. They have a son named Huang Zi Hao (Shane Pow) who is a lazy and spoilt young man. Da Tong does not trust them to takeover “Prosperity Hall” and decides to let Ping An manage the hall. But what bothers Da Tong is who can succeed Ping An? Ping An is not only busy with “Prosperity Hall” but is also concerned about her six daughters ; Huang Zi Ting ( Belinda Lee), Huang Zi Shan (Chris Tong), Huang Zi Jun(Dawn Yeoh), Huang Zi Yu ( Tracey Lee), Huang Zi Hong (Julie Tan) and Huang Zi Xin (Michelle Wong). In addition, Hong Ying Xiong (Desmond Tan) appears in the sisters’ life and becomes Da Tong’s disciple. He sponsors Ying Xiong’s study in traditional Chinese medicine and even encourages him to pursue Zi Hong in the hopes of having him as a grandson-in-law and subsequently, his successor. However, Ying Xiong’s sudden appearance at “Prosperity Hall” raises questions; is he here to learn more about traditional Chinese medicine or does he harbours an ulterior motive?
